A carriage house i’m working on (carriage house = fancy name for a garage)

overall is 30’x40’ it has 1 oversized garage with a shop in the back and half bath. second floor is a guest suite with a bath and a half and 2 bedrooms, open living kitchen area. I think 99% of the people here would take this as their house.

yea, the client only wanted one so thats what it gets, the garage is about 24’ wide which could fit 2 regular size doors

Probably for Golf Carts. Maybe?

Crofters (local term to Bald Head Island, NC) are part of the aesthetic and are required to match the architecture of the main residence. Bald Head is Golf Cart only community.

o yea, i wanted to build something like that for my house but I dont think it would be worth the $ and i’m way too close to the street so i’d be within the setbacks.
